Uncle Billy's Smokehouse teams up with Weight of Gravity at The Cannery - 12 Crane Street in Southbridge, MA on Saturday, October 31st for Uncle Billy's annual Halloween melee!

DON'T WORRY ABOUT DRIVING!

LET US GET YOU THERE..and BACK!!

The Billy Bus will be in full effect that night, leaving from the FREE public parking lot across the street from The Dive Bar on Green Sreet in Worcester at 8:00pm and returning at 2:30am - after all the killing is done.

For a mere $20 you can get on the BOOZE BUS and into the SHOW - a small price to pay for the best Halloween show in central Mass!

We are sorry to announce that our show at the Lights Pub & Restaurant in Worcester has been canceled.

Although, on a much more positive note, we are fired up and ready to rock the pants off of The Cannery this Saturday! Halloween bash, prizes for costumes, some of the best locally brewed beer from Honest Town Brewing, and of course over 4 hours of the best live music you can see by WOG & Uncle Billy's Smokehouse. $5 per person, show starts at 9pm. We will see you there.

Weight of Gravity opens up the fright night with a few tricks & treats in store for all you crazies, only to be followed by the undeniably spooky Uncle Billy's Smokehouse! $5 a person gets you in to what promises to be a spectacularly ghoulish Halloween.

First Blog Entry!!!

Welcome to the WOG BLOG - the "official" Weight of Gravity blog! We're happy to have you here. Our goal is to not only update you on the daily, weekly and miscellaneous happenings of the band Weight of Gravity, but also on the musical events WOG has going on.

We've had a tremendous last 2 months, winning Worcester Magazine's Turtle Boy Music Awards' "Best New Album" category as well as earning runner up to Uncle Billy's Smokehouse for "Best Live Jam/Groove Act." Bob has a new side outfit called Sky Blue Mind that has really taken audiences by surprise, reuniting with former Arthur Dent Foundation member Steve Mossberg. Dan and Steve have been furiously showcasing their acoustic act at local breweries, eateries, weddings and private functions.

The Weight of Gravity just rocked a packed Tammany Hall this past Friday night, celebrating the CD Release party for The Franks. The opener, Poor Pluto, was an excellent original act hailing from Connecticut.

WOG will continue to fill you up with show/tour information as well as photo's from our shows. Thanks for visiting and please stop by often, we have a lot going on now and more exciting projects in the works.
